The draft is on its way through the electronic ether. Seeing as how when I started I had no idea what this was going to look like or even what it was supposed to look like, I took a stab. If my professor can look me in the eye after he reads it, I will consider it a success. Things I have learned from this experience: 1) I am so not an academic. 2) As a result of #1, I will never be a law professor. 3) I'm not mourning the loss of this job prospect. 4) The Bluebook is not your friend, no matter how many people on Review tell you that it is. 5) After 15 hours of staring at your computer, nothing you write resembles the English language. 6) No matter how much you enjoyed your comfy desk chair before, you will come to revile it. 7) The panic over writing it will never leave me. Ever.
